Insect Treatments:

  • IPS Spruce Beetle and Pine Bark Beetle (March- June) - Preventive spray of permethrin applied to the bark of spruce and pine trees
  • Emerald Ash Borer Trunk Injection (May-July) -Trunk injection of ememectin benzoate to provide 2 years of control, trees must be 8" d.b.h. or larger
  • Emerald Ash Borer Basal Trunk Spray (May-July) - Basal trunk spray of dinotefuran to provide 1 year of control, for smaller ash trees
  • Locust Borer Trunk Injection (May-July) - Trunk injection of emamectin benzoate to provide 2 years of control, trees must be 8" d.b.h. or larger
  • Adult Japanese Beetle (July-August) - Pollinator friendly, foliar spray of Acelepryn, will provide 21 days of residual activity
  • Japanese Beetle Grub (June-July) - Blanket turf application of Arena 50 WDG, will provide up to 60 days residual activity
  • Cranberry Girdler (August-September) - Blanket turf application of Arena 25G to control these sod webworms, will provide up to 60 days residual activity
  • Aphids, scales, mites, plant bugs, leaf hoppers, leaf rollers, leaf beetles etc. - We can treat any problem trees with different options which would be specific to the individual tree: Foliar spray, basal trunk spray, trunk injection, or soil injection.

 

Fertilizer, Fireblight Trunk Injection, Iron Trunk Injection, Mycosol Root Stimular, Antidesiccant, Water

  • Spring Tree Feeding (February-May) - Root zone injection of Coron to push new growth which will provide food for the roots
  • Fireblight Antibiotic Injection (when trees are in full bloom or as needed) -Trunk injection of oxytetracycline to help control fireblight
  • Fall Tree Feeding (September-December) - Root zone injection of Bio Rush Plus to feed the roots with macro and micro-nutrients
  • Iron Trunk Injection (September-November) - Trunk injection of chelated iron to help control symptoms of chlorosis
  • Mycosol Root Stimulant (As needed) - Root injection of Mycorrhizae, Humic Acid and Iron to stimulate root growth, improve health and to promote vigor
  • Antidesiccant Spray (November-February) - Foliar spray ofTransfilm applied to evergreens will dry as a clear coating to lock in moisture, prevent tip burn and winter desiccation
  • Winter Water (November-February) - Root zone water with Yucca extract to help prevent desiccation and to aid in uptake of available moisture
